Membership forms need to be filled out. Please print and fill out and bring to tryouts Nov. 18th but please do not sign and date until Nov. 18th.

Parents Code of Conduct - *Parents will be required to read and sign.
If your player is new to the TYgers, please bring 2 copies of your child's birth certificate. If you are unable to print there will be copies available at Tryouts.
